nestum cookeis

nice or not..??

yet to be tasted....

Nestum Cookies

Style: Other

Special Consideration: Quick and Easy

Servings: Plenty of happy people

Description:
This crunchy wonderfully tasty Nestum cookies was a reciepe i got from Paran's housie. They tasted soft and yummy. My Molly Korkor helped me crunchy them up. Taste great for an afternoon teabreak!

Ingredients:
10oz Plain Flour
2oz Baking powder
8oz Butter
6oz Fine sugar
1 big Egg
1 Pinch of Salt
3oz Nestum Cereal Nestle

Directions:
Heat oven to 200F
Sift Plain Flour and Baking powder and put aside.
Beat butter and sugar in mixing bowl on medium high until creamy
Beat the egg and add to the mixture and beat with mixer.
Put mixer to low
Add in Plain Flour, Nestum and Baking powder bit by bit until nicely combined.
Shape into desired shape and put into the fridge for 10mins
Remove from fridge and bake for 15-20mins until light brown
The cookies will brown on the cooling rack.
